If your Viper Tec Knife has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will fix or replace them to get you back with your knife as soon as we can.
ViperTec Knives will not warranty products due to loss by theft or accident, damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, accident, improper blade sharpening, normal wear and tear including paint loss, fading, discoloration, or chips, introduction of foreign substances, or disassembly. Do not use your knife as a pry bar, screwdriver, chisel, or punch. Do not throw your knife. ViperTec Knives will not warranty blades or handles that are twisted, bent, chipped, gouged, warped, or have had finishes removed. Use of ViperTec knives for any purpose other than cutting is considered abuse and will void the warranty.
The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product. This doesn’t mean your lifetime or ours, but rather the lifetime of the components and materials. All materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements and a product’s lifetime is a function of how much use it gets and how well it is cared for and not by how it is.

I like the knife, although I thought I had ordered the double edged version blade, and received single edge but that's ok, possibly my error and this one will do. This is the third knife I have ordered recently. The first two arrived within 3 days, this one took more like eight or nine. Tracking the order did not provide any information at all. Tried calling Vipertec several times but found that to be a waste of time as nobody answered the phone. Company needs to improve customer service and tracking process.

I know that Vipertec can make the Hawk Deadlock once it's past the 1 year patent laws.
I really want this ViperTec to be in the middle of the handle. Instead of to one side.
But ViperTec has a more solid feeel for an OTF Knife..

It works just fine…..every time.!! The color blue is what got me. I am looking at the red and gold one now. The knife unit itself is a little heavy but that’s what make’s this model so desirable, it stay’s in your hand perfectly. A real good pocket clip keeps it in your pocket just fine. When I show it to people they are hooked on the function and heft and sharpness. Also when I ordered it was in the mail and at my house really quick.

This is the first and only Viper-Tec purchase of several I experienced an issue with though it actually corrected itself with no need of intervention or tech support… Out of the box when deployed the blade didn’t always engage the lock… Wondering if it could simply require a bit of “breaking in” and working the action a couple dozen or so cycles the blade presents crisp & clean and locks consistently just as designed… Thanks Viper-Tec for another great EDC!!!

First fully auto OTF knife. A reasonable priced choice instead of companies like Pro-tech. The action is very good. Fast and crisp. Once the blade is deployed, there is a small amount of play, but I believe it normal for this kind of deployment system on such a moderately priced knife. The only "downside" is the knife is too heavy to be carried as an EDC, except for heavier weight pants like denim jeans or work pants. It is delegated to "desktop status"... Regardless...a quality product that is a lot of fun to own.

New brand to me. Liked it pretty well. Handle was much nicer design, action was strong and mostly comfortable; however the button was a little rough on the thumb but not a big deal. Was a little disappointed in the blade. Nice shape and quality seamed good, but it just had an unfinished look to it. Overall, though, it was a nice knife for the price and one I will keep.

While I like the knife, I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received. I placed the order and waited almost a month before I was able to get anyone to respond to my inquiry about my order. I emailed multiple times and received no response. I called and was hung up on when I let the phone continuously. I eventually got answer and was told my item would be delivered by the end of the week. I called on Monday but didn’t receive it until the following week. I will have to think before I order anything else.
