The Ghost D/E double action OTF (out the front) knife is perfect for those of you who want to carry a full-size knife without the extra bulk.
Like all Viper Tec knives, the Ghost D/E is built for hard use. Each Knife comes with a 3.5-inch 440c blade that have been hand sharpened to an extremely sharp edge ready to cut right out of the box. The smooth ergonomic handles are made of high-quality Zinc Alloy. The button placement along the spine of the handle allows for lighting fast ambidextrous openings right from the operators pocket. The Ghost D/E also allows for right and left-hand users to pocket carry with its stainless steel reversible pocket clip. If that wasn’t enough the Ghost D/E knife also comes equipped with a “battle tested” glass breaker pommel.
The inner workings of this knife don’t disappoint. “Under the hood” you will find all stainless steel precision parts and our proprietary coated high-performance spring. The Ghost D/E comes with our famous ViperLife Warranty giving you confidence and peace of mind.

I like it with no complaints. In order for me to love it, I would have been able to push it against something like a couple of napkins and the blade go right through but it didn’t. It retracted back. Had to take it apart . The Blade quit coming out had to been the metal flaps To where it attaches to the end of the Spring in one end on the blade. And had to file a flat so it would slip off the blade again. Like a hook. Plus bend the ends. A little more than 45 Degrees. Works a lot better now still a good product.

For the most part a very solid product. Only issue I encountered was the blade rubbing the outside and the handle and paint coming off onto the blade. Not much, but enough to notice.

My wife surprised me with this in the double edge and it is excellent. It opens fast and comes with a really nice sheath. The sheath makes it legal in most states. So does the belt clip, as that makes the top of the knife visible. It is very sharp. I store my OTF knives in the dormant state by ejecting the blade against card board to disable the spring ejection. Then when I will be take the knife somewhere I just flick the knife downwards and the blade locks into position, then I retract and go. I do not think the springs can go bad for several life times using this method. I also have the giant switch blade they sell and it is razor sharp as well. I store it open for 100 plus year spring life.
