Like all Viper Tec knives, the Mini Ghost is built for hard use. Each Knife comes with a 2.7-inch 440c blade that have been hand sharpened to an extremely sharp edge ready to cut right out of the box. The smooth ergonomic handles are made of high-quality Zinc Alloy. The button placement along the spine of the handle allows for lighting fast ambidextrous openings right from the operators pocket. The Mini Ghost also allows for right and left-hand users to pocket carry with its stainless steel reversible pocket clip. If that wasn’t enough the Mini Ghost knife also comes equipped with a “battle tested” glass breaker pommel.
The inner workings of this knife don’t disappoint. “Under the hood” you will find all stainless steel precision parts and our proprietary coated high-performance spring. The Mini Ghost comes with our famous ViperLife Warranty giving you confidence and peace of mind.

If your Viper Tec Knife has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will fix or replace them to get you back with your knife as soon as we can.
ViperTec Knives will not warranty products due to loss by theft or accident, damage caused by abuse, neglect, misuse, accident, improper blade sharpening, normal wear and tear including paint loss, fading, discoloration, or chips, introduction of foreign substances, or disassembly. Do not use your knife as a pry bar, screwdriver, chisel, or punch. Do not throw your knife. ViperTec Knives will not warranty blades or handles that are twisted, bent, chipped, gouged, warped, or have had finishes removed. Use of ViperTec knives for any purpose other than cutting is considered abuse and will void the warranty.
The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product. This doesn’t mean your lifetime or ours, but rather the lifetime of the components and materials. All materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements and a product’s lifetime is a function of how much use it gets and how well it is cared for and not by how it is.

I love how sturdy the handle feels. The grooves machined into the handle in several spots make for a solid grip and the OTF action is lighting fast opening and closing. Blade is very sharp out of the box and cuts great. I definitely recommend it I also have a larger Black Ghost and love it.

My most used mini OTF knives have the extension mechanism located centrally on the flat side of the knife, opposite the side with the belt clip. The grip is perfect, as my hand cups the back of the knife while my thumb and index finger stabilize the front. Once the blade is extended, my thumb is slid to the front of the activation slide to grasp the knife for cutting in a very safe manner. A final thumb tug retracts the blade instantly as the knife is put back in its place.

First off this is silver phantom not grey ghost. They apparently didn't have grey ghost at the time but with that said I'm still not disappointed. These knives are legit as far as I'm concerned. I don't want to sound careless but my last purchase I was carrying at work which I work high in the air sometimes. This thing fell about 20ft onto concrete, must have landed on glass breaker. I thought for sure this thing is done. Nope!! It just needed a little tug, must be a safety mechanism. Any way that impressed me that it still works after all that and works like out the box.

I was given a viper tech grey ghost by a coworker. It was so canted that one side of the double edged blade wore along the inside of the handle. I have another viper tec that I ordered myself that didn’t have any of the screws fastened when received. Hi Quality knife, I got the mini and it works perfectly, you can fee the quality as soon as you put it in your hand, the spring action works perfectly. Wish I had ordered two, now that I'm thinking about it I think I will, it's that nice. I don't care for the long ones, I like the mini's with the belt clip that way it's always handy. Absolutely is the best quality knife I've had. I've had two so far as I gave me first one to my son. Now I'll have to get one for my other son and one for myself. Great utility knife and cad be used as a utility knife, whatever you need, it's that good!

The Mini Ghost is just the right size to carry in your pocket as a utility knife for every day use but also big enough for defensive use should the need arise.
I got one for my Wife to carry in her purse for this very reason.
I think a single edge blade with a serrations would make it a better utility knife for cutting rope.

So I ordered another knife after a long wait for my first knife. I figured I'd give Viper-tec another chance, and I was not disappointed. The knife was shipped out very quickly this time. I was not expecting it to be so quick, just looking for any excuse to never buy from here again. Just so I could save my money haha. The mini ghost knife is of course perfect! Never had any problem with the quality of the knife, just the bad experience with shipping the first time. So I ordered again, this time 2 knives. Fingers crossed it doesn't take 3 months like the first time. We will see, hopefully it doesn't.
